Susan Anne Eastwood 1954 - 1960 My parents, Hilda and Dave Eastwood, founded our charity, Leukaemia Research (now Blood Cancer UK), in memory of Susan, my little sister,and with the hope that no-one in the future has to suffer with this dreadful disease. From a tiny acorn this wonderful oak tree was born, what a legacy!

Simon only lived for 3 years but his memory lives on as he was such a lovely, happy child, full of life until he suffered from Very Severe Aplastic Anaemia. We are blessed to have been part of his family for that short but wonderful life he had.
